How temp mail with password works
1. Set a password
Create a disposable email and protect it with a password of your choice. Nothing else is required.
2. Use it anywhere
Sign up for services, receive verification codes, and close the tab whenever you want — the inbox stays yours.
3. Recover it later
Come back within 24 hours (or longer with an extension), enter your address + password, and pick up where you left off.
Why use a temporary email with a password?
A classic temp mail is perfect for one-minute jobs: grab an address, receive a verification code, done. But sometimes you need to come back — a signup confirmation arrives late, a free trial sends a receipt the next day, or you want to reuse the same address for a second verification step.
A password-protected temporary email gives you the best of both worlds: the anonymity and spam protection of disposable mail, plus the ability to restore your inbox from any device by entering your address and password. Your password is stored only as a secure bcrypt hash, recovery attempts are rate-limited, and the inbox still expires automatically — so it stays private and temporary.
Pair it with our free password generator to create a strong, unique inbox password in one click.
Temp Mail with Password — FAQ
What is a temp mail with password?
It's a disposable email address protected by a password you choose. Unlike a normal temp mail that disappears when you close the tab, you can leave and come back later: enter your address and password on this page and your inbox is restored with all its messages.
How do I recover my temporary email inbox?
Open the Recover tab, enter the temporary email address and the password you set when you created it, and press Recover inbox. If the password matches and the recovery window is still open, your inbox is restored instantly.
How long can I recover my inbox for free?
Free protected inboxes stay recoverable for 24 hours. If you need more time, you can extend an inbox for up to 30 days with a one-time purchase — no account needed.
Is my password stored securely?
Yes. We never store your password in plain text — only a bcrypt hash used to verify recovery attempts. Recovery attempts are rate-limited and inboxes lock temporarily after repeated failed attempts.
Is temp mail with password free?
Yes. Creating a password-protected temporary email and recovering it within 24 hours is completely free, with no signup. Longer retention is available as an optional paid extension.
What should I use as the inbox password?
Use a password you don't use anywhere else — ideally a random one. You can generate a strong password with our free password generator and save it somewhere safe until you're done with the inbox.
